Basically, after restarting the game at least 2 times, practically 99% or even sometimes all of my stuttering and random fps drop issues have gone away. Driving has been a lot smoother as well. WebI’m playing on a next-gen console there’s no good reason the cutscenes should look this choppy. It goes from 60fps to what feels like less than 30 frames whenever it goes into a cutscene.
