Gear oil for rotary cutter
WebApr 26, 2015 · It has never been used and was shipped dry from the manufacturer. I am not sure how much gear oil to put in it. I don't want to overfill it as well. Can anybody educate me on this. Use corn head grease!

It is a temporary fix, I doubt the grease is going to find its way into the tiny openings of a bearing to fully lubricate it very well.
