Technically there are no pre-requisites, but familiarity with advanced math and proof-writing can be immensely helpful also a bit of group theory would be needed as we go on to more advanced chapters in the book. WebMath 122, Math 131 are fairly straightforward--unless maybe Gaitsgory is teaching 122--and a number of students take them together along with Math 114 second year fall. Personally, I think Math 131 is somewhat unnecessary given it's point-set topology, which is not exactly a hot topic of research these days, with a smidge of algebraic topology.
