I used it a few fine but then forgot and my sleep wasn't worse so I haven't bothered to start again. But now I think I need to do something. Web26 dec. 2024 · When I eventually put myself on Lenzetto (I retrospectively had it confirmed by a Meno specialist that my E levels were low enough to be prescribed HRT) it literally saved my life. I am still angry at all those other doctors (including one so-called meno specialist) who didn't believe me when I knew exactly what was going on.
