WebI've never seen Lightroom use more than 12gb of ram on my win10 machine with 32gb. I abr i9-9900k with 32gb ram and it still slows down after about an hour and requires a program restart. With that said, I def wouldn't bother with anything 16gb and below. 32gb should be minimum if you plan of multi tasking between LR and other apps.
