I though I could use the Patch Function in the PowerApp, but then I found out Patch does not support attachments and we need to have the option to include attachments. WebHowever, Power Automate flows initiated from the PowerApp will run with the Flow creator's permissions. I don't think this is correct. If a button flow is used, it will still connect as the current user. I suppose a power app could update list 1, which could trigger a flow using a sharepoint modify trigger that then updates list 2.
